Welcome to your 108 Sun Salutation Video.
Say whatttttt. Yup, we’re going to do 108 sun salutations to celebrate the seasonal change, challenge ourselves, work hard, shed layers we no longer need, and welcome change as the seasons change.
Are you so ready? You’re probably not… because whoa, 108 sun salutations is a hella lot of work + time.
For an optimal experience of saluting the sun 108 times, I recommend the below:
*set aside a chunk of time to do this
*do this in conjunction with the equinoxes + solstices
*modify – modify – modify
*invite a friend to do it with you
*turn up the jams to motivate you
*have fun with it it, don’t take yourself too seriously

I had pleasure watching the whole thing! Have to say the amount of fluidity is incredible, from the beginning to an end! Next time, I will simply do the flow of 108 times. Just had to feel the vibe first to follow someone. Tried to follow on instagram, but the link is broken.

Thank you so much! i just noticed that the only asana that is pushing me away from a good sun saludation is chaturanga dandasana. I think too much because i cant do it right. Some advice? thanks again allie!

I’m really curious to try and to challenge myself with this one! So far I’m loving every single one of your videos that I’ve tried. Though I guess it would be better if I do it after I eat my breakfast, surely not before, with the lack of energy. Right? 😄💛
