This is a 12 minute weighted arm workout. Feel free to go without weights if you prefer! This workout is perfect for toning your arms and shoulders, as well as strengthening your core. Make sure your YouTube settings are on 720p HD for the best quality.

A question I was never able to ask my professor: I have knock-knees and cannot physically place my heels together. (My knees come together sooner and it is quite painful if I try to force them further together.) Will keeping my heels slightly apart completely negate the benefits of the form for this series?
