Vata is one of the main doshas, or biological forces of nature, that is made up of air and space. When we are out of balance in this dosha we feel ungrounded, easily distracted, and restless. In this sequence Sarah will lead you through asana and breath work to help to create steadiness in the mind and body, leaving you centered.
ISHTA Yoga, founded and created by Yoga Master, Alan Finger, blends the ancient and contemporary sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda into a system that caters to the individual students needs. Whether you are looking for improved strength and flexibility, clarity of mind, or a deeper spiritual practice, ISHTA provides the tools needed to bring inspiration into every moment of your being.

Excellent, just what I’ve been looking for, a dosha-balancing yoga routine. Sarah, your teaching style is excellent for YouTube; I was able to follow without having to look at the screen. Thank you so much.

is it just assumed whenever a teacher on youtube doesnt include sun salutations, to do sun salutations? My fruiend is doing this sequence now, but your video doesnt even MENTION them – I’ve learnt to always do them (or moon salutations) befoer antyhing longer than 10 minutes – so here 20 mins, wouldnt it be good to do 3 x sun A, and 2 x sun B?
