This is great. Her instruction is well modulated and easy to follow.
It’s not the full Bikram session but it’s good for people like me who can’t go to a class all the time and don’t have the time to do a full 90 minute workout every damn day. I already work out a lot and this helps me in between weightlifting days to reset my structure and correct my imbalances. This is also a good way for people who are wondering what it is all about to get a taste without entering a “torture chamber.”
Haters always be hating… but I am glad this is available.

Try doing this for 10 days in a row. If you don't feel amazing I'd be very surprised. It's good to mix up with other styles of yoga of course - Bikram is down the 'boot camp' end of yoga - not so spiritual due to the non-stop instruction but will get you great results. I wanted to start trying some yoga and I found this class here on YouTube. I've followed it a few times now, and each time I've gained a bit of flexibility and balance; I'm just a beginner but progress with each effort is an uncommon and wonderful feeling. Maggie is an excellent teacher and has a very soothing way about her. Thank you Maggie and Heart Alchemy, and also to my "classmates" in this video who help to show the form of these poses.
