The Teken Sequence is a flowing series of Kemetic Yoga postures consisting of the Teken Pose, The Pose of Ausar, The Pose of Selkhet and The Pose of Min. This flow sequence was created by Master Yirser Ra Hotep by combining original and authentic ancient Egyptian/Kemetic postures that are performed by divine personifications in the sacred texts.
These poses are performed using the principles of internal energy cultivation developed by Master Yirser called Rule of Four Breathing and Geometric Progression. Each pose in the sequence represents a different aspect of divine energy and activates a different center in the brain and consciousness. These energies morph into each other and mimics the process of creation.
