Mr Lam, I have been watching your instructions for the past 3 hours. I feel so encouraged as I begin this new choice in my life. I am a young person with a very aggressive form of Osteoarthritis. My physician has given me the ok to begin this form of mind/body exercise. Your patience is and will be a blessing to many. Thank you for sharing your gift with those of us who need to be more grounded and in harmony with our mind/body and spirit. I look forward to getting your DVD’s and books. Warm thoughts to you. And once again, thank you for sharing your gift.

We schould start thinking really twice about our life, medecine and stress. Are we healthy as human beings nowadays? No healthy is some thing else than being able to eat, to sleep and to work, may be we are consuming the energy of the earth inside of ourselves even for nothing, instead of that we are getting worst and worst, similar to the earth, including climate, dry wheather and more and more problems. I think once we schould think of going back to our mother, I mean the earth, sooner or later, I mean if not to live with the nature, you are going to be burried under the earth, so not worry the earth is always a lover for human being, the earth will never revenge from the human anger…..

Hello Dr Lam
I would like to thank you for doing this video.
I have Parkinsonism and it has become very difficult for me to do my favorite yoga.
But this is so simple, not tiring at all, and you do not have to lie down on any mat (when it is almost impossible to get up on your own). Also I feel it has given me more energy, even though I started only about a week ago.

I’ve been researching over the past few days where to start with Tai Chi. What recently prompted my interest was after watching an infomercial about it via Dr. Chenge (Tai Chenge) but I thought, why not just learn more about Tai Chi before purchasing. I searched and discovered your intro video to Tai Chi and now I’m really interested and want to know more about what you have to offer, thanks for sharing, I’m excited!!

Hi dr Paul Lam, could you not put a few more of your tai chi videos on youtube, as I’m sure youtube do pay people for putting videos up on youtube. I’m already subscribed and like all the videos i use of yours to do. just dont have 44 mins to watch a whole video everyday though. Maybe you could have a few shorter videos, so people can fit more videos into their daily lives more easily. Really like your videos by the way.

Thank you for making this video, and your other video’s, available. I used to do a lot of physical activity including Tai Chi before my back became injured. I really appreciate the slower pace you use that I haven’t seen in some of the other videos.
