I was once diagnosed with IBS and changing my diet to a plant-based one and yoga saved me and helped me restore my body back to health. Love this video. You are amazing Sarah Beth!

This really works! Within the first minute or 2, I started passing gas that had been causing discomfort. Now I know why they call it full WIND pose! HAHA! I had always wondered about that. :P

I rarely comment on YouTube videos, but I feel I have to on this one! Sarah, this has saved me from my recurring stomach aches so many times. When nothing else works, this often does. I am so grateful! Thank you.

I often do this practice whenever I am constipated or full of gas. Sometimes, it’s really uncomfortable or even painful in the beginning, but, by the end, I’m either dashing to the toilet, or laying on my mat in total bliss after passing a ton of gas (and sometimes continuing to pass gas). Thank you so much for making this!

I have ulcerative colitis, I’m in my first flare as an adult. I started yoga 5 weeks ago, today I’ve switched to Pilates full time as I feel good about it. Yesterday I began juicing cabbage carrots and an apple. My medicine is $400, so I can’t get it. Hoping adding this video to my daily routine will help me. I’ll let everyone with UC know how I am doing! Good luck to all of you, love and light, xo

First time I’ve ever done yoga because I was so desperate for relief. I was just diagnosed with an infection that caused ulcerative colitis this month and almost died from it. But this brought me so much relief. Something I will be doing for the rest of my life❤️

As a beginner I already need help to finish the practice appropriately. Also I really should have warmed up a bit. It is really “fast” as others already noticed. And I’ve realised that my mat is really thin. My lower back hurts a bit now. Great start for the 30 days challenge. A lot experienced already!

Amazing! Had this problem for over 5 days, and right after your rutine went on the toilet. Like it was most naturally to do! Thank you sooo much. Greetings from polish girl living in Norway. BTW you were mentioned in other YT channel nissiax83, who is a polish girl living in NYC :-))

i have a problem that after i eat or drink, even water, my stomach bloats. i feel that my stomach is pushing out when i completely relax it. it looks really strange as i do work out, on top i have got some chest muscle and some how get a big belly on the bottom. not only it looks bad, it also feels uncomfortable as the inside of the belly is pushing out. is this a gas problem? does doing these yoga work?i have tried doing these yoga several times but only the first time i actually have gas leaving my body…

IBS dominated my life from the age of 8 til now, nothing but heavy meds and crying ever seems to help but THIS IS MAGIC. I’ve tried to do a couple of these moves as a quick fix and it doesn’t work (at least for me) this exact routine is precisely what my body needs. Thank u SO much. <3 Reply 3 Nelva Blackmon1 year ago I was totally skeptical but I felt so relaxed afterward and o had the TV on and trying to look at my tablet... I will definitely subscribe.
